move how you feel
feel how you move
Structured improvisational movement explores how we move through the world. Every body is different so we each carry our unique, lived experience differently. At the same time, there are common experiences and shared connections to explore. Whether you are attending a class, a workshop or an expressive movement therapy session, the body and the creative process are powerful bridges to the subconscious that can connect us to insight, release, resilience, creative problem solving and transformative restoration.

Authentic, non stylized, non-
prescribed movement offers opportunities to authentically explore body, mind, spirit and emotion. Unlike dance technique, authentic movement is not performative, relying, instead on a different sort of awareness that can offer physical, mental and emotional release and build resilience.
find ground.
It is not unusual to enter a session feeling burdened and /or scattered, only to leave feeling clear, grounded and centered. The more we discover where and how we are holding responses to our experiences, the more we can make space for mindful, embodied, creative paths forward.
