adele taylor ulrich
Adele is an Atlanta-based movement therapist, choreographer, writer, theater director, playwright + activist / multimedia artist who believes movement is for everyone.  She is intergenerational in her approach + is working to help end the culture of dominance + cruelty in which we find ourselves. She is passionate about examining the cultural lenses through which we see  the world + works tirelessly to recognize history + to help end patriarchal norms + the prevalence of white supremacy.  She currently facilitates the Facebook group: Anti-Racist Metro Atlanta, designs products for Reality Check Design, paints + maintains the Reality Check Free Library at her home in East Atlanta, where she lives with her husband, Ray + their two dogs, Carrot + Turnip (aka "The Roots").  She is a dedicated vegan, dislikes hierarchies + colonialism + is especially fond of all animals and artichokes.
